AT seminars are generally characterised
by a high level of pragmatism, customer orientation, didactic professionalism
and transfer orientation. The following principles and qualitative
standards underline our training philosophy. |
|
 |
 |
The
basis and goal of our seminars are the participants themselves and
their individual expectations, experience, and learning goals. These
conditions are vital for the development and implementation of a training
programme tailored to the client's needs. We therefore attach great
importance to the preparation and evaluation of our seminars. Essentially,
we strive to build a chain of contact points between the trainer and
the participant (client), so that the latter experiences all training
process phases as qualitatively excellent and professional. This is
an ongoing process, whereby each seminar is a "première"
in itself.
|
|
 |
 |
A
seminar's quality level is chiefly influenced by the content mediated,
the teaching-learning method, and the media used. All factors necessary
for success are continually updated in line with the most current
information and with developments in business, technology and society.
New content and methods are only then included in the training concept
when they have been proven in practice and when they do not go against
established scientific theories.
|
|
 |
 |
To
keep the seminar participants' motivation at a high level and to guarantee
learning and transfer success, we generally use activating methods
in our behavioural training. Such methods include: video-supported
practical simulations, structured role-playing, case studies, individual
and group work, and individual self-instruction phases. Additional
support for the learning process comes from: feedback discussions,
which particularly encourage positive behaviour, smaller learning
groups, and a learning atmosphere free of fear that allows the participants
to experiment with new behavioural patterns.
|
|
 |
 |
All
trainers possess a high level of qualified and methodological competence
and have first class references. Most have completed graduate studies
centred around communications, pedagogy, and/or economics. In the
areas of television and radio training, we guarantee optimal practical
training and efficiency with the proven team training of management
trainer Albert Thiele, a renowned journalist (Ulrich Kienzle or Wolf-Achim
Wiegand), and a professional camera man creating real studio conditions.
|
|
 |
 |
Throughout
all phases of the training process, we pay particular attention to
maximising the practical content and to comprehensive transfer support.
In order to support the implementation and retention of the learning
material, we regularly make use of transfer letters and seminar protocols.
In internal company seminars, the immediate management is involved
in the pre- and post-training phases. If required, we offer parallel
coaching and training consulting. Another option is our supplemental
learning modules, which are available in print, CD-ROM, or via the
Internet.
